How I Lowered My Blood Pressure (and potentially lengthened my own life)
The more that time goes on, the more that I can see from tracking the right metrics in my life, that I can improve it. Using Whoop, I’ve been able to completely change my heart rate data, simply by making overarching changes to my life. These changes have not been easy but they’ve been really important. All I can is that the journey ensues, and I’m so amazed and how much health I’ve got back by reducing stress.
