Archie currently does personalised programming for individuals with busy schedules, or regular travel who still want to train and look after their health. Essentially there is very little difference between training in the gym with him, and using him for remote coaching. Ideally, you would be doing check up PTs to continue to improve technique, however this can be done via Skype or WhatsApp.

His track record is excellent among his members for providing a varied program, that produces high level fitness results for his clients who can train 3-4 times per week. This has been found to be the most effective number for fitness gains, and keeping a work life balance. However, the programming can be highly customised to you, and you can get what you want out of it. If you want training 2-3 times per week, fine. If you’d like to train 6-7 days per week, that is also fine. Different needs will have different packages and different price points.

Pricing ranges from £100 a month to £400+ a month depending on the level of contact, what your needs are, and what you can afford. I am willing to be flexible on payment. Preferred is in 12 week blocks, however if this is not possible, we can usually work something out.
