To get the best results, we all need a coach. Learning fitness in the beginning will never get you the results that you want if you learn it in a group. 1 to 1 or 1 to 2 coaching is the best method for learning the movements safely and properly. This also ensures your long term success in the program, by building a routine of training 2 to 3 sessions per week for a period of 5-10 weeks with your coach. This is great if you’ve never exercised regularly before as you’ll be forming new habits and routines to ensure your success.
You also will form a bond with an experienced coach who can guide you through the process of becoming fit for life.
Typically our members do between 10 and 20 sessions following the assessments.
