Coach Indie


My name is Indie and I was born and raised here on the South Coast. I’m a water baby through and through, and have been coaching water-sports such as surfing, windsurfing, paddle boarding, wake boarding, and SUPFIT for four years.I can’t stand being sedentary and I get my energy from being active!

My passion for the outdoors and the adventure seeker life drew me to fitness and health where I begun my Master Diploma in Sport & Exercise, then qualified as a PT.

You’ll find me upside down doing cartwheels on the beach, behind the sail of a windsurfer, doing burpees in the garden with clients, or at Crossfit!

I want those who train with me to feel the lifestyle benefits of moving your body more, and making movement your mantra. To me, exercise is a way of bringing groups of diverse people together to harmoniously feel good, leave with a smile on their face and see unmistakeable results.

HiiT Circuits


Get sweaty, and get strong in this high paced, high action, and high energy circuits session. Unlike regular circuits classes, the tempo is relentlessly altered, and surprise exercises are added when you least expect it to fire up that inner primal response. High intensity interval training (HIIT) is the most effective way of accelerating cardio fitness, building strength fast and burning calories at a rate exceeding conventional training. Prepare for partner workouts, competitive fitness games, and a powerful shift in your performance. These dynamic work outs train every major muscle group, whilst simultaneously embracing the cardio burn. Circuits with Indie is highly addictive, hugely sweaty, and suitable for any level and age.

Ladies Only Circuits


Female only group training brings out the best of your ability, floods your body with endorphins, and enables you to meet like minded people whilst increasing your overall strength and cardio vascular fitness, without the sometimes daunting environment of a regular gym class. Using a mix of free weights, body weight, boxing movements and group spirit Indie will increase your heart rate, tone and train your entire body to give you a work out to remember. Our coaching targets upper body, lower body and core strength. Leave feeling powerful, tenacious and full of female energy.

Over 55’s Circuits


Over 55’s training is about encompassing your limits and pushing them a little further to unleash your full potential. By using dynamic exercise patterns, we can make sure HIIT training is made a part of mature work outs, and isn’t just for the sprightly whipper snappers! The classes are taken at a pace that fits the group to boost heart health, bone density, lifting power, and body weight strength. All movements are modifiable to accommodate injury and impairments. Movement homework tasks are prescribed individually to increase overall mobility, flexibility and stamina. Each work out is unique as you are. Power up your primal, and let’s get moving!
