Getting Fit For Life is a Process and Something Anyone Can Achieve.
We’ve all made resolutions. I know that I’ve failed at diets, and tried certain fads. We all have.
This program is designed to break that cycle of stop/start health drives and help you:
- Gain that body confidence you’ve always wanted.
- Bounce out of bed in the morning with increased energy levels
- Feel great and look great for the summer dress season.
- Develop a lean strong physique, with great looking arms, toned legs, flatter stomach and a perky posterior.
- Improve skin tone with increase levels of naturally occurring growth hormones that stimulate youth and vitality no matter what your age.
- To consistently make good nourishing meal choices without feeling restricted or ‘being on a diet’ and reach your goals with ease.

Here is how it works:
I always like to start with an initial phone consult. This takes usually 10-20 minutes. We can get to know each other a bit better, and see if its a good match for you and your life schedule and the coaches. Once you and I are happy, we’ll book an initial assessment.
The initial assessment is where you get to bring in your filled out client questionnaire, so we have as much information as possible to help us make sure our program is appropriately scaled to your level. We’ll also look at what your current food choices are, and come up with an initial plan that works for you if you think you need some help with it. I never work off template diets for people, and always adjust what each person is ready for before making suggestions.
Then it’s time to book an initial session with Laura Maddicks our gym physio, with over 20 years of experience, she is extremely knowledgeable, and be able to help us work any rehab elements into the program to make sure that longevity is possible. Fitness takes a live time to master and catching imbalances, or past injuries, is going to pay dividends later on. Once that is all done, it’s time to start the ‘Fit For Life’ fundamentals.
Fit For Life
Being fit for life is about doing every movement we train in the gym properly and safely. Good movement builds a proper foundation of fitness. The sessions are one on one for one hour with me. The goal is to teach an excellent squat, hip hinge, push-up and pulling (ring row) technique. With a few extra more complex movements in there to practice for when you are ready to do them. There is no rush. The program is 10 sessions long, however additional sessions can be done if you and I feel it necessary to do so.
Joining class is scary and I never push anyone to do something they don’t feel prepared to do. Commitment wise, I like at least two sessions each week. Preferably at the same time, because we’re building habits, routines and essentially a new you. You will be feeling confident, fit, strong, and above all happy with your progress once you’re through the Fit For Life one to ones. Over that time, you’ll get to have regular contact with me outside of those times via text, or email for any questions you’ve got, what kind of food choices, or recipes, links, or mobility exercises. Part of the process is feeling that you’ve got someone there who is to hold you accountable to your goals, of which we will have outlined and given a timeline to set the correct expectations for what we think you will achieve within a given time frame. Normally this will be a short term goal to get a real sense of early wins as momentum is crucial in the early stages.
The first few months of classes are hard because you will walk in, feeling like the least fit, or knowledgeable there. That’s ok and that’s why you will be seeing your coach on a weekly basis to help keep you on track, and ease the transition to classes. This is what we call a ‘hybrid membership’, a combination of class and one on one sessions. In those one on ones we can go over weak point training that may have come up in the class, or track body composition changes, and go over your meal choices, to help keep you and your head on track. It’s vital that staying motivated and inspired to keep it up when life’s challenges arise.
Mastery over body and mind is a marathon not a sprint, and having someone there to help guide you, and suggest changes when we think it is appropriate is all crucial to being properly coached. We are going to be following your lead, and seeing when you’re ready make certain changes at your own pace.

Total Cost of:
- Initial Consults with both Archie and Laura each. (1.5 hours)
- Fit For Life Fundamentals (10 one on one sessions, 2-3 times per week)*
- Fit For Life Platinum Class/PT Hybrid for 2 months (weekly PT, which can be used as a physio appointment with Laura, plus 3x/week classes).
- Nutrition Coaching Throughout, plus 3 one on one nutrition sessions following 2 months platinum class/PT hybrid, of which then there is an array of different class memberships.
Price Packages –
- Up Front – £1500
- Two Payments £775.00 – One upfront, the second One Month Later.
- Three Payments over three months – £550 Each (Total £1650).

All our prices are in pound sterling, include all taxes and purchases are final. Payment is required BEFORE you begin training. We accept credit card and BACS payments.
There are no refunds, exchanges or transfers of sessions. We do make exceptions on medical conditions.
We have a 48 hour cancellation policy on all sessions booked with your coach. If you either cancel or do not attended the session within this 48 hour period before the session, then you will be charged at full rate for the PT.
