We run Crossfit classes throughout the week, every day. We offer extensive personal coaching, including fundamentals for crossfit, personalised fitness programmes, nutrition coaching with measurements, classes specialised for teens, kids, advanced athletes and elders. Striking, pilates and open gym times.
Everything we teach is scalable – you will always be able to do a version of the movements we teach.
